📌 Must-Read Before Placing an Order:

1. Please scan the four barcode types above using their barcode scanner.

2. Confirm which barcode format their device can recognize.
   (Do not choose randomly — using the wrong type may result in cards that the machine cannot read.)
   If all four types are recognized, it's recommended to use Code 39 or Code 128.

3. Once the barcode type is confirmed, enter the starting number in the “Numbering Process” field when placing the order.

4. Barcodes will be auto-generated based on the selected barcode type and starting number.
   A white block will be placed underneath the barcode —
   please refer to the design guidelines to reserve space for it accordingly.

5. Kind reminder:

   • EAN-13 barcodes have 13 digits

   • EAN-8 barcodes have 8 digits

   • The last digit is a randomly generated check digit
     

🔳 UV Variable QR Code Instructions

1. The QR code is applied during post-processing using UV inkjet, which may result in a position deviation of about 2mm.
   If the QR code has colored borders or a frame, the misalignment might be more visually noticeable.
   If there is a white block under the QR code, you must reserve an extra 2mm white margin on all sides.
   UV variable QR codes can only be printed in black.

2. Supported shapes:

   • Right-angle rectangle

   • Rounded rectangle

   Supported materials:

   • Glossy

   • Matte

   Supported size range:

   • Larger than 86×54mm

   • Smaller than 150×285mm

   Recommended resolution:450 dpi

3. Important note:
   Since QR codes are sprayed on (not printed during the main printing process), they are more prone to wear.
   Do not scratch or rub them hard with sharp objects.

4. Make sure to provide a standardized QR code data table.
   Because QR codes are applied during post-processing, there may be slight data loss (up to 0.5%).
   No after-sales service will be provided for that small percentage.

💡 Friendly Reminder:

1. The signature strip is a fixed size of 35×6MM, in white adhesive type (machine-applied).

2. When applying multiple signature strips, there may be slight misalignment vertically.

3. The signature strip should not be scratched with fingers or hard objects,
   → It may cause the surface to peel or become damaged.

4. Up to 2 signature areas can be added per card.
   → To ensure clarity and avoid overlap, keep at least 5MM spacing between top and bottom areas.

Round Hole

📌 Important Notes:

1. The hole size is fixed at 5MM.

2. For a horizontal round hole: It must be 3MM from the edge of the finished product and centered horizontally.

3. For a vertical round hole: It must be 5MM from the edge of the finished product and centered vertically.

4. Do not place any text within 2MM around the hole area.

5. When placing an order, be sure to upload the punching position in the artwork file (for processing reference).

Square Hole

📌 Important Notes:

1. The slot hole size is fixed at 15×4MM.

2. For a horizontal slot hole: It must be 4MM from the edge of the finished product and centered horizontally.

3. For a vertical slot hole: It must be 6MM from the edge of the finished product and centered vertically.

4. Do not place any text within 2MM around the hole area.

5. When placing your order, be sure to upload a reference image showing the punching position in the artwork file (for processing reference)

Process Day is time taken for Printing & Finishing only, not include graphic artwork design/readjust time and courier delivery shipping time.
